Text Message (SMS) Communication Terms and Conditions

Text messaging, also known as SMS, is how Hocker notifies you of your favorite users tweets or articles they publish on the web. After opting-in to receive Hocker text messaging alerts, Hocker may send periodic texts that could include reminders, service confirmations and account alerts. A payment might be  required to be eligible to receive text messages from Hocker. While we do not charge fees to receive text messages, message and Data Rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs incurred as a result are your responsibility. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages. Hocker reserves the right to terminate the texting service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
